Founder

Edward is an entrepreneur with executive leadership and corporate consulting experience in the public marketplace. The former owner of a consulting company in Florida, he has launched several companies and advised them on how to go public and different ways to raise capital, along with exit strategies for investors throughout his career. Edward is married, the father of three, and has two grandchildren. 

Founder

Shane is a serial entrepreneur who has started and operated many public companies. Helping raise millions of dollars over the years as a consultant for various companies, Shane decided to put his knowledge and efforts towards his own projects. A husband and father of four with a penchant for starting and running new OTC-based companies. He is operating from his headquarters in both Michigan and Florida, he is responsible for the formation of many of the companies included in this, and several other holding companies.

  Outside Consultant

Steven has been involved in the formation of new companies for the last 25 years including development of the business plans for all the companies included in this offering. Based in Orlando, FL and currently a Course Director in the master’s degree program in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University. He has completed more than 100 business plans for US and international companies including numerous public companies.

 Bar Management Consultant

Jon has operated and owned Wayside West and YBar and Bistro in Kalamazoo, MI for duration, and is developing the new The  Dugout Bar and Grill concept that UAPC will fund and operate. With over 30 years of experience in the distilled liquor service industry, Jon has developed a plan for expanding The Dugout Bar and Grill concept along with others throughout the USA with UAPC funding.

President and CEO of Green Diamond Farms

Chad is a well rounded and accomplished manufacturing supervisor and quality control manager. Chad has an intense drive and passion for furthering his 15 year knowledge and experience base with cannabis growth and manufacturing. He also believes it is vitally important to provide education of cannabis and its uses while continuing to break down the stigma that is attached to it.
He is partnered with a wife of 5 years and has a 20 year old son. He also has a soft spot for his 3 dogs at home-Callie, Cabella and Kilo.

Rob, who previously served as a CPA for over 25 years, has over 15 years of experience purchasing and managing 75 rental properties with a mix of long-term and short-term rental properties. He has successful short-term rental management companies operating in Tennessee and Georgia. Rob has also participated in multiple single-family,multi-unit, and short-term rental development projects in the Nashville, TN area.

  COO of Holistay and UAPC Business Consultant

 Sean has been an administrator and owner in several companies, primarily in the construction and manufacturing sectors. During his 30-year professional career, he has worked in financial, sales, customer relations, and leadership roles. His experience provides a deep understanding of what goes into building a sound property, business, and customer base. Sean has invested in and managed real estate and construction properties for approximately 15 years.
